The specific fruity-spicy taste of Ramov oil is due to the two climates in which the olives grow.
Our family olives grow in the pristine environment of the marginal parts of the Telašćica Nature Park on Dugi Otok. The island has a centuries-old tradition of olive growing, and the oil produced by its olives is mild, fresh, with more fruity and almond notes.
We carefully blend island olive oil with the spicier, more intense oil of olives from Ravni Kotari. We cooperate with olive growers from that area and buy carefully selected olive varieties from them, which produce rich-tasting oil.
And this is where the uniqueness of our oil lies – in the perfectly balanced blend of island and hinterland olives. A blend that reveals the full strength and all the benefits of the olive.
