Zadar Region
Kali is a small island town, about 15 kilometers long. It is three miles or 30 minutes by boat from Zadar. They are located on the southern part of the island of Ugljan, they are part of the Zadar island archipelago. It borders the settlement of Preko in the north and Kukljica in the south. It was mentioned for the first time in a document from 1299, but the archaeological finds on the Orjak hill above Kali are proof that life has existed in this area since prehistoric times and antiquity.
